With this decision of the president Barack Obama is delaying the industrial energetic development of the United States giving an advantage to Russia. to having lowered the oil prices Russia faces fall in the economy and brake of the armamentistic development that had taken again, but, with this new pipeline between China and Russia already does not import the oil price, because it is compensated by the volume of sale towards China.

An opinion on this issue is complicated because you have to look at many different angles but i will try to give the best conclusion.
**** Over the years the Russians have proven to be very smart, regardless of its dictatorial ideologies, on having joined with asian giant, share technologies and to provide all the energy, it is a really explosive alliance, since the Chinese in recent years in the alliance had access to the greater part technological from the United States.
**** On the other hand we have the dilemma of how much fuel they consume our European allies comes from Russia for that reason Russia has the energetic control of many friendly countries.
**** In addition oil prices continue to fall because there are many new competitors in the market, the United States along with Canada should increase production to self-sufficient fully and not import oil from other countries.
**** Also keep in mind that we must not left alone to Saudi Arabia, a major US ally and great oil producer, if the United States stops using oil from Saudi Arabia should reorganize the flow toward Europe to eliminate dependence Russia
**** In something I agree with President Obama, we must continue working on the implementation of new sources of renewable energy such as wind, solar etc. although I do not agree with their methods it is almost always is raising taxes and this affects more directly the people.
